The 5W G9 LED Bulb is a high-power, energy-efficient replacement for traditional 40W G9 halogen capsules, providing bright illumination while using significantly less electricity.

Producing 350 lumens of Cool White 6000K light, the bulb creates a crisp, daylight-style appearance that is particularly well suited to kitchens, bathrooms, offices, task lighting and modern decorative fittings where a brighter, cooler light colour is preferred.

The compact G9 bi-pin base allows the bulb to plug directly into compatible mains-voltage G9 fittings, making it suitable for chandeliers, wall lights, ceiling fittings and other decorative fixtures.

Using only 5W of power, the bulb is designed to replace an approximately 40W halogen capsule, helping reduce electricity consumption while also producing considerably less heat during operation. It reaches full brightness instantly, with no warm-up period.

The bulb operates directly from a 240V 50Hz AC mains supply, so no separate low-voltage transformer is required when used in a compatible mains-voltage G9 fitting.

With a rated lifespan of up to 30,000 hours, it can also reduce the frequency of bulb replacements compared with conventional halogen lamps. The bulb carries an Energy Rating of G.
