The Stainless Steel GU10 Recessed Ground Light GL09 is a robust outdoor lighting fitting designed for recessed installation in decking, pathways, patios and garden areas. Its round walk-over design sits neatly within the installation surface, providing discreet illumination without the visual bulk of a conventional outdoor light.

Featuring a stainless steel body with a brushed chrome round rim, the fitting has a clean contemporary appearance suited to modern gardens, driveways and landscaped areas. Its IP67 rating provides a high level of protection against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for appropriate outdoor installations exposed to changing weather conditions.

The GL09 uses 1 × GU10 bulb with a maximum permitted wattage of 35W. It can accept either a compatible LED or standard GU10 lamp, allowing you to choose the brightness and light colour required. Warm White can create softer garden ambience, Cool White can provide a crisper lighting effect, or a coloured GU10 can be used for decorative lighting.

Installation requires an approximately 93mm diameter cut-out, and the fitting is supplied with 0.4 metres of VDE cable. It operates directly from a 220–240V mains supply.

Please note: the GU10 bulb is not included. Dimming compatibility is not specified and will depend on the chosen bulb and installation. The manufacturer also advises that this product is not suitable for seafront areas.
