Metal Halide Tubular Upgrade direct replacement Lamp for Sodium SON HPS or Mercury Ballasts. 400W White-Lux Plus, this replacement lamp can be used to convert the yellow light of existing Sodium installations to clean white metal halide light or replace existing mercury lamps. Single ended metal halide gas discharge lamps with E40 base. Features- UV block, Very high light output with excellent colour rendition of colour temperature of 4000K, For commercial and industrial applications, Commonly used in sports arenas, car parks, petrol stations, rail and dock yards. Operates on both SON and mercury ballasts with arc tube for fast starting. All lamps to be used in enclosed fittings and require ignitors. Suitable replacements or upgrades for existing SON or HPL lamps, giving a whiter light with better colour rendering.Direct replacement - uses existing HPL (Mercury) or SON control gear, also suitable for upgrading most high bay lighting.
